We begin with a close examination of the vehicle’s exterior paint. Any existing scratches, swirl marks, or contaminants are identified. Then we thoroughly wash, decontaminate (clay bar / iron removal), and dry the surfaces to ensure the film adheres properly.
If the paint surface has imperfections (minor scratches, dullness, oxidation), we correct them via polishing or compounding so the surface is smooth and even. A perfect surface improves the film’s appearance and performance.
Trim, edges, mirrors, door jambs, and any parts not to be film‑covered are masked. We also ensure ambient conditions (clean, dust‑free, proper temperature & humidity) to avoid trapped debris or bubbles.
The PPF is carefully cut and placed. We lay the film, smooth it out using professional tools, and ensure uniform adhesion. For full coverage, multiple panels are treated; for partial, only the most exposed zones.
After placement, we use heat (infrared or controlled) to activate the film’s adhesive and self‑healing layers. Edges are sealed, and the film is allowed to settle/cure.
We inspect every treated panel for clarity, edge alignment, and absence of bubbles or defects. Before handing over, we walk you through the finish, show you how the film looks under different lighting, and explain how to care for it.
